After looking at satellite loops and San Juan radar, it appears to me that TD 9 is moving more NW than forecast. If indeed this is correct, then it is headed right for the Dominican Republic.
It has been a long day for my eyes, so I may not be looking at things as objectively as I could.
Comments?
