DFW's snow plow count is now over 70, coming in from West Texas. I don't ever recalling that around here lol.

Lol, I won't be able to take credit for next week if by some miracle we got a foot because it was more of a joke than anything.
I thought i'd see some melting off of the roofs now since the sun is out a bit. Still nothing dripping down yet, though.

Re: Texas Winter 2010-2011
The sun, passing clouds, and persistent light snow are waging a war in Arlington now. Streets are definitely more liquid than earlier. Roads may actually be worse in the a.m. than today as black ice forms everywhere.

The wonderful City of Denton decided to plow the snow on the road in front of my house.....right down to the 2" of ice that is underneath! My road is a parking lot now. My daughter asked if she could go sell hot chocolate to the stranded motorists....HA! Still snowing like crazy here. We had 5" before this last batch came through. May get another 1/4 to 1/2 inch out of it.

Still coming down at a pretty good clip here in North Dallas. Flakes are actually bigger now than the rest of the time it has been snowing. Wish I knew how to accurately measure snow.

Just saw the breaking news on that. It sounds serious. Those sheets of snow/ice on top of the stadium is massive.

Things you thought you'd never have to worry about here are all coming all in one week. Just crazy.

That it is, I just got done ice skating all over town. I went down Locust, to Oak, To Hickory, to Elm. It was awesome. Ice Skating on the streets while there was snow falling. People were taking video and pictures of me the whole time and loving it. It was great. Not sure if I will ever get to go this again. It's still snowing right now and the sun is coming out!!!!!! Don't think I have ever seen that before.

still snowing here too. Likely 6 to 7 inches around here, on top of the ice which is still around an inch deep in some areas. Gonna be hard to top this one on wednesday...
