Ok so I'm a day later than I said. Due to the generosity of all of you here's where we stand:

Current combined Storm2k balance - $2,202.00

This gets us through December 2011. :-) We need another 1,302.00 to get us back to the start of the 2012 hurricane season. We're definitely off to a great start. Thanks to all who contributed so far!
