Stunned, just stunned. CNN is not reporting this right now! Not good! :grr:

And I just heard they upgraded the Joplin tornado from Sunday up from EF4 to EF5!!! ITS ABOUT TIME! I knew that was a EF5 and was going to write about that but things are crazy currently! And Death toll now 122 from the Joplin tornado from Sunday as well...all coming in right now.

Chad M. from CNN thinks there are three tornadoes on the ground right now. They showed live footage of the most scary one aiming for OKC 25 minutes ago growing larger by the second and it was not rain-wrapped! Quite a powerful looking tornado from it's start (the pics that alan1961 just posted). This is nuts.

Things are looking ominous for Moore - yet again. Boy that city's been under the gun over the past dozen years or so.

Seems to be clearing ahead of the dryline. Could a second round of storms develop this evening?

Looks like the worst spared okc metro. The gurthrie one looks bad. The Chickasha one looks Likeit lifted before it reached populated areas along I 35. All and all it looks to be wrapping up in the i35 corridor through OK having "relatively" spared the most populated areas. I was expecting more isolated super cells, but like somebody mentioned, maybe many of these were fighting for the same instability cuz they were so close to each other.

Some of the damage footage from the Canadian County tornado is most definitely at least EF4 damage.

Saw some footage from the binger/el Reno/piedmont storm and it was def a huge wedge,... No surprise that pivture came from there.

Also, not to familiar with the dynamics in these places...but is it common for storms to retire back behind the line like this one?

If there is enough instability left, the atmosphere hasn't been too overturned, then storms could refire along the dryline again.
