I'm sorry looking back my question was fuzzy. Is that supposed to be our old familar wave or the wave behind it. Once again I sorry about the lame way I asked that question. :? Edited because I forgot to say thanks
Actually that wave in the GOM depicted is actually the current wave that is Southwest of the Cape Verde Islands...the megabomb depicted off the East Coast is the African wave just is about to exit the African Coast in about 12-24 hours.
Thanks again for the reply. And wow if this prediction holds true I guess I should count my blessings with the baby storm and hope the monster stays away. You would not believe how impossible it is to leave the Louisiana coast in an emergency. The evauation routes are always the first to go under water.
I know Zoey, especially on I-10 near the railroad bridge. They had problems there during Lili. I believe the evacs will be coming through MS. I think they finally worked something out.
When I evac, I go east and then North on 65 through Alabama.
