The Environment Canada Database has been updated, with rainfall charts (in millimeters) and sustained wind charts (in nautical miles per hour) for about half the historic storms that occurred between 1950 and 2004, enjoy:

The data sets still have some flaws, several historic storms like Hurricane Donna of 1960 have yet to be added and the wind field maps are based upon six hour positions rather than more comprehensive hourly observations.

Yes, but there are no rainfall or wind maps for the storm yet (only about half the storms have such maps), which is what I meant.
