Re: Caylee Anthony major developments
Has anyone heard the rumor that Casey is pregnant? I heard that on HLN today.

The defense here should go into the movie business, this is some of the most creative storytelling I've ever seen.
IMO, nothing short of putting Casey Anthony in an electric chair is sufficient punishment.

Believe me, this is nothing compared to the OJ Simpson trial.

Watching her body language for a minute or two...she shows regret, but regret of what? It didn't look like regret of killing her child. Perhaps regret she waited so long to say her child was missing. What if she didn't kill her child, what if someone else did? I could see someone being scared in that situation and making the wrong decisions (perhaps afraid she'd be charged with a crime, even if she didn't do anything), then later on regretting not making the right decision.
The defense and prosecutors can make stories all day long, regardless of whether they are true or not (it's basically their job), body language of the actual individual doesn't lie.

I don't know. The prosecution has their closing arguments tomorrow morning, then they decide. Personally, I am not sold on her being guilty, but I haven't really been paying attention to things. I just have too many questions, and not enough answers.
Was she really partying? Or did she feel guilty and bottle things up, and go out drinking to drown her sorrows and try to cheer herself up?
IF the accidental drowning thing is true, I could see this happening:
Apparently her then bf mentioned something about chloroform (myspace?), she let curiosity get the best of her and did a search on it (I had to do one myself, because of this case). Her daughter drowns, she panics. She runs to her family, afraid if she reports it, she might get locked up and someone try to charge her with manslaughter, murder, whatever (remember, the last 10 years has seen plenty of drowning cases). Her family, perhaps trying to protect her, disposes of the body (what they were thinking? who knows). She feels guilty (imagine you are young and lose your young child...I couldn't even imagine the grief), so she drowns her sorrows by going out and "partying"...you do stupid things when you "party" and are drunk as heck, and she gets her tattoo. Finally, the guilt overwhelms her and she calls the police, reporting her daughter as missing. To try to keep herself out of trouble, she lies repeatedly to them. Then on goes the whole murder case stuff.
Again, I do not know much about the case, besides little sections I've seen on tv.

Re: Caylee Anthony major developments
I thought Baez did a great job today with his closing arguments. Mason went on a little too long. Prosecutor Ashton finally got caught making faces and smirking at Baez.
I do NOT believe Casey is guilty of any premeditated act. I think she will walk or possibly get a much lesser conviction. She has major issues and so do the rest of her dysfunctional family.

I think shes guilty as all get out. You dont get wasted when you kids missing. The cloroform, well if your curious, you look it up once, not 18 times.Too bad she'll probably walk for lack of evidence. The ladys a nut, and I hope the rest of her life is horrible if she walks. The defense has told too many lies for someone to be innocent (like usual). And Ive said before, the officers Ive talked to say shes guilty. So Im honestly going to go with them over some wasted women.

The State shot themselves in the foot...if she walks there will be a furor around them.....They didn;t autopsy the head..which would have told def if she drowned or not but they didnt and now thats a question that will never be answered! The prosecution didnt do well at all..they did very poorly..although so did the defense..in the openeing they said they would prove all this stuff and they didnt hit a single one of them..I think it is up in the air because well it wasnt a good job by either lawyer

I honestly don't know what to think other than Casey Anthony knows/did something and her and her family are trying to cover up Caylee's death. You don't go out drinking with friends if your child has died, PERIOD. I'm not a mother, but every other time I've seen moms in the news after their child has been murder, killed in an accident, they are DEVASTATED and immobile.
I don't think that the prosecution has proven that Casey killed Caylee, just created more suspicion. You can't convict on suspicion. This is as f**k'd up as the OJ Simpson trial. Incompetence all around.

I was just thinking this.

Not for nothing, just chair her. I don't want tax money going toward feeding this animal. And sadly it's illegal to starve anyone.
