Thats probasbly a good call rigbht now Vortex, need to hope Hispaniola can do a good job.

In some ways it maybe the worst thing for the system to go over hispaniola as a weak system since there will be no inner core to ruin, it tends to be just quicker to start afresh under good conditions then try to pull it back together.

Models still heading more westwards...and i'm not sure that trend is done either!

It looks like a TD...but as I said earlier Dolly looked like a strong TS at one point yet recon couldn't find anything, but I remember everyone (pro mets, NHC, etc) thought it must be a TC...so it was a hell of a shock when recon found only a hint of a circulation at the surface!

At least its just one system now and not totally elongated.

The LLC looks like it is under or near that convective burst ~14N ~57W. Not sure what recon is looking at probably trying to get a handle on the wind field?

They are probably going to come at it from the south-west side from the looks of things.

91L does look like its trying to develop today, I'd have thought we will get a TD today at some point but we'll have to wait and see!

we should have our TD now. and not surprised the the models shifted more west.. that should be about as far as they go with the recurve solution... any more west shift and it will switch to western carrib.

IMO, we get the 100% at 8am, and the upgrade at 11am. It's time.
