Wild here in Yonabaru, in shopping mall right near water with solid typhoon conditions. I'll be on again with CNN in next hour or so!

maybe we can let the dog out to pee???!!! I tried to tell him it was ok to go in the shower but he didn't get it...would love to pick up the remnants of my shed and it's contents before they go thru the neighbor's window...

I locked my dog in the bathroom to get her to go..feel so bad for the 4 legged ones

oh wow! Can it be compressed? I haven't done much video, but it seems there could be a way to compress it so it uploads more quickly. Anyone else here know?

Miyagijima has had the highest winds so far.

Sustained: 30.3m/s or about 58.9KT.
Gust: 49.6m/s or about 96.4KT.

Based on the satellite and radar pictures, I would guess the current intensity is 85 kt (1-min).
