if anyone as time can they please decode data to the google image with important points i.e. pressure, center (if there is one) max winds speeds found as I understand the visual better and I dont have luxury of time today to try & decode date to figure out what it all says. Yep, that's true. If it's JUST above the surface then it'll probably make it down to the surface before landfall. Question was whether that would be in the next few hours while recon is there.

Best center estimate I can do right now. is 16.69° N 80.54° W this doing what math I can from the only two curved bands I can discern that have developed over the last couple hours.
