Our CV Wave is a tropical depression... Visible imagery reveals SSW to NNE movement in the low level clouds SE of the system and the even the low clouds down around 11N, 35W are also moving NNW to SSE ... maybe one detriment was the spread out nature of the actual low pressure, but I'm convinced that the 15N, 31W is our new tropical depression.

I haven't seen enough information to tell me it is Fabian(even though I do not strongly discount the possibility)BUT IF THAT ISN'T TD #10 THEN IT NEVER WAS A TROPICAL WAVE!!!!
If some one out there has information to discount this I would LOVE to see it!!!
Thank you MortisFL for the link to the announcement as I post this!!!!
