Sounds like you need another round of antibiotics. And this time you need to get the rest you need.

I will continue to pray for you to quit being so dang hard headed. lol. The doc knows best and the hospital is not the place you want to end up either!!

I'm really sorry to hear that Dennis. Make sure that you get plenty of rest and maybe it's a good thing that you don't even want to think about golf right now. I hope that you will be feeling better soon. I'll be praying for ya!

Dennis!!! Of course we'll pray for you. Sure hope this round of meds take care of it. I've heard pneumonia is nothing to mess with. I almost had it about 11 years ago. Doc said I came "this close", Miss Mary measures with her hand, to having it. I had a severe case of the flu, that lasted 3 full weeks. Fever for 8 straight days. And 2 little kids to take of - Nina 5, Laura 2 then. I was so worn out! It was then and there I vowed never to skip a flu shot. And I haven't. I would suggest you take pneumonia shots in the future, or at least discuss it with your doc. Once you've had pneumonia, I've heard you're more susceptible to catching it.

Hugs and prayers going out to Dennis - and chicken soup if I could send it!

My prayers are with you partner. It sounds like you are a man who can't sit still for too long. Very understandable, however with this sickness, it will only bring you down. Stay on the couch and don't move. Better be safe than sorry. God bless.

Well folks.....sawbones is back from vacation, went in this afternoon expecting to be released......not a chance, my right lung is *kinda* clear, my left "Phhhftt!" He said it could take ANOTHER month to 3 months to finally clear up. Seems it's a new *strain* of virus that's antibiotic resistant.......26 other patients of his have had it over "9" months now....*sigh* I honestly can't live like this, it's driving me nuckin futs I'm tellin' ya's! Ah well....this too shall pass, like a golf ball sized kidney stone "LOL!"

Well, Dennis...lay off the drives and restrict your self to the green for awhile...no sense in aggravating it!

As you go to meeting tonight, please keep us in your prayers, as you are already in ours. :D

Listen to Bill, Dennis. Plus, you have the fall and winter coming up and you don't need to have that hanging around during the bad weather.

Daylilydawn, rest assured, I will *try* to follow the sawbones orders as close as I can  only one problem, I have that "Type A" personality that I *have* to be doing something ALL the time, idle hands are the devils workshop (that's pretty corny "LOL!") Seriously, I will.......I have too, I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired!

Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.
3 John 2

You are constantly in my thoughts Dennis and so is Michelle! PLEASE, PLEASE, take care of yourself!! Your health is the most important thing right now and if your "Type A" personality can't seem to grasp that then do it for Michelle, she needs you!!

Much love my friend,
Sandi
