Although, that 65 kts you're seeing is, I believe, the forecasts gusts, not the forecast sustained winds. But still, I wonder if that is an underforecast. Time will tell though.....

Yes Andrew not sustained winds but gusts and not yet forecasted to be a cane but getting there with every new advisory as now they go up to 55 kts from 50 kts in past advisory.

.....that was me being really nit-picky. :lol: I also believe this depression will become a hurricane.

Lord, the storm, in my opinion, is near hurricane strength right now!
