Not well defined but that wind shift is quite tight to be fair. Recon enedws to go south of there to see whats going on and if there is any more change in wind direction.

Actually looking at it on that map center is probably very close to where the NHC estimated on its last update...thats an amazing call from them it has to be said.

That is of course depending on that actually being the center of the developing disturbance of course!
