Is the model AE-98 a good tropical model?

Is the model AE-98 a good tropical model?

I ask because I see it as the only one that goes more south than the others.

Luis... I may be wrong but I believe the AE-98 is like a control model.I heard that it uses climatology mainly .I may be wrong :):):):)
