Not quite sure, but I thought I'd give it a shot:
Due to a possible Code Red coming into effect over the TX/LA border (sorry, couldn't resist

Not quite sure, but I thought I'd give it a shot:
Due to a possible Code Red coming into effect over the TX/LA border (sorry, couldn't resist), a convergence of Texans is expected over the coming weekend along the SE TX GOM coast. All participants are forecast to position themselves on piers, jetties, seawalls, and other water-facing precipices while hanging their lower extremities into the coastal waters. Then, while remaining stationary, they will consume large amounts of ice-cold lemon/lime tequila cocktails in sea-salt-rimmed glasses. The assemblage will then exhale with an estimated hurricane-force expulsion in an attempt to shear the developing storm with both their cold expirations and by dumping the frosty libations into the GOM to lower the SST's.
Eh...
YOU'RE HIRED!!!!
