This is the discussion about still TD#10 despite the 3.0 T number but really the system does look a little ragged now and they say it in the discussion but the west track will continue.

It may look a little more ragged, but the scope of this circulation is huge and will probably take a large landmass to brake apart.

I'm surprised that the NHC is being so conservative on the issuance of upgrades. Most signs point to it being Fabian, already, IMO.

This is the best cyclonic turning I have seen on a system over the Atlantic so far this season, I think it will be ts Fabian very soon!
