91L invest? - not 93L? confused!

what is this? I'm confused - went to NRL & this is what came up!

you probably had an older image in your cache. just hit refresh. the link you referred to is accurate.......

thanks ALicia! you are probably right- it is now showing correctly, BUT when i go to atcf messages it is showing :
TROPICAL CYCLONE FORMATION ALERT 290600Z AUG 03//
storm id: al912003 1. tcfa message
2. track file
3. fix file

and notice the date & time are correct, yet id is 91!
this is very confusing! unless someone just screwed up & they haven't caught it all yet...

could be a typo...or maybe it was an artifact of the original TD9? i dont really know. what was the invest number associated with TD9...
