Wow...boomers moving northeast at 50 MPH :o :o :o I hope I don't lose power! These things are moving fast!

SEVERE WEATHER STATEMENT
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE BUFFALO NY
1058 AM EDT FRI AUG 29 2003

...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING CONTINUES FOR JEFFERSON COUNTY UNTIL
1130 AM EDT...

AT 1058 AM EDT THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS 4 MILES SOUTH OF
CLAYTON...OR 16 MILES NORTHWEST OF WATERTOWN...MOVING EAST AT 50 MPH.

CLAYTON...ORLEANS AND THERESA ARE IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM.

STAY TUNED TO NOAA WEATHER RADIO OR OTHER MEDIA FOR THE LATEST SEVERE
WEATHER INFORMATION.

A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 400 PM EDT FRIDAY
AFTERNOON FOR WESTERN NEW YORK.
