Gulf?

#1 Postby zoeyann » Fri Aug 29, 2003 3:33 pm

I thought recon was going out today, but not till tommorrow right? from what I gather this thing could be anything from a really good soaking to a CAT 2 and could go anywhere from New Orleans to Corpus. Makes it tough to plan a weekend. :)

In SE LA Zoey, it's probably going to be at least intermittently crappy all weekend.

It's been a long time since I've seen that much convection and moisture in the gulf, someone's going to get really wet and or hit by a storm. We all need to watch it closely this weekend.

Heh... Smoking ribs tonight. Just going to have to eat bar-b-que in some crappy, soggy weather over the weekend. :(

Thank you very much, mf_dolphin.

On a side note. The Dolphins did a number on my beloved Saints Thursday night.

I was a huge Dolphins fan when they had the likes of Nick Bonuconti(sp), Manny Fernandez, Bob Griese, Larry Czonka, Jim Kiick, Mercury Morris and gang. What memories.

Good luck to your Dolphins this year and nothing but the best for Ricky Williams.

Gulf is looking a little more tame tonight. We will have to see what happens during the day tomorrow, but it surely has lost most of what it had going for it tonight.

Been following them ever since EZ. Remember those days of Buoniconti, Griese, Csonk very well, even though I was a kid of aobut 7 at the time. Good luck to the Saints too. I followed those guys until that '92-93 playoff loss aginst the Eagles after Saints were up 23 points at half only to lose it. GRRRRRRRRRRRrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!
