Southwest Houston reporting in
We had a heavy rainstorm about an hour ago. Now it's cloudy but no rain here in beautiful southwest Houston...

Rain bands invade Louisiana
Hi Everybody! Those along the Gulf Coast, better keep those rain slickers handy especially in Tiger Stadium(can't bring umbrellas inside)! Here in Baton Rouge, we had a band come through around 12:30 CST. Unfortunately, I was putting my groceries in the trunk when the sky decided to fall. It was a long ride home because my groceries and I both got soaked. We had heavy rain, thunder, lightning, and a some wind, but it did not last long. I wonder what all those LSU tail gaters did when the rain hit!
