If it misses that to the South even slightly the Northern islands could be effected some what

Living in the Northern islands, I want to know when this thing is supposed to turn North
it's getting too close for comfort righ now

nope, not a thing yet.
I guess tomorrow morning we will see but then I am afraid if this is headed our way it will be a short amount of time to get all the preparation done

At least if not the full force of hurricane winds if it passes below 20n-60w some tropical storm force winds can arrive in the northern islands again if it passes south of 20n-60w.

Well msbee, you need to do what you have to do to be prepared. Get your emergency supplies. Even though they are not mentioning it right now, you can always be prepared just in case.
