We are now in the prime month of the season September when the peak comes at the 10th.The question is if this september of 2003 will be as active as 2002 when 7 named systems formed or it will be less active.Another question is how the SOI and the MJO will be in this month and those 2 factors will be important to the month to be active or not.Fabian is out there now but it is an august system as it formed on the 28th but how may more we will see in this month?
