Area of disturbed weather to move into W GOM with possible development. Accu-weather has indicated this will be the place to watch.
In addition a trough will develop across the E US pushing a front into the N GOM. Even if no development occurs another round of heavy tropical rains could occur from TX eastward

Interesting weekend ahead.....
Yes, ETA and GFS both show a low developing from our enhanced TW in the western Carib. and moving northward into the S. Central GOM by Thur. A more northward motion toward the upper Gulf Coast is most liklely at this time as the trough influences a SW to NE flow. Shear from the SW along this trough maybe the fly in the ointment for strong development.

Yes, it does look like the Carib. disturbance is getting better organized. The tropics sure have picked up while I was gone. :o
