Storms during former eras

Hello,

What kind of storms dinosaurs experienced when ocean temperatures were as high as 37°c?

In the deep ocean, it was perhaps as warm as 20°c! Were they extremely powerful, or the climate was so different that storms were just too different than how we know them nowadays?

Probably, I can imagine those storms were very intense, more so than today. I would not be surprised if they were hypercanes.

Also depends on how much wind shear there was, dry air, etc. Just because the ocean temperatures are extremely high does not equate to super-type storms.

That would be interesting to know how much wind shear and dry there was that time. I know if we were living in a super continent today, it would be drier from what I have read.
