I have to give credit where it's due. You and LC were pretty insistent that beyond 7 days a major system would dump rain over Texas. This will likely prove to be the correct solution. Very nice job. The STJ did indeed awaken. Flooding has been occuring in Hawaii recently.

Or that Midland/Odessa would have more seasonal snowfall this winter than New York City?
