Might be OK for a archive that would be searchable for future reference.

I really don't think that many people come here to read warnings for their local area. I would imagine this site is extremely low on the general public's list of resources. This is more of a hobbyist's or enthusiast's site.

Personally I think the warnings just clutter up the thread.

Maybe a thread in the forum support section to discuss this matter?

And there is the the main 2012 Severe Weather thread with sticky that peeps can reply and discuss about the 2012 severe season, stats, stormchasing and more. :)

I live in SE Kansas, and this is forum is one of the windows I leave open on my computer CONTINUOUSLY when it gets to this point. I toggle between several; but a lot of the info here is more fresh....I am not a weather hobbyist; just someone who wants to stay on top of things for my family. Thanks to all of you who post...

Can't find any confirmation of tornado moving through Salina. Looks like maybe - MAYBE - it recycled before it went through town. If so, they may have dodged a major, major, major bullet just now.

Surprisingly few cells out there right now. Sadly they might really start popping right at sunset.

There is still a solid cap there. It tells you how wild the atmosphere is when cells can break through a decent-sized cap...

Yeah, I was just thinking that. I've seen this much activity on "Slight" days. This doesn't seem to be living up to the hype so far. Maybe later it will.

Max upper level winds have yet to arrive, it's now entering the TX panhandle and will likely enhance wind fields along with the low level shear already in place.
