Wakefield got hit with a hook, doesn't look good. Bad damage coming out of Woodward OK, this is what I was talking about with very dangerous tornadoes overnight and apparently the tornado sirens did NOT go off to warn. An incredible video of the Woodward OK was captured by News9, I'll search.

I knew that line was going to become broken up and discrete, the parameters are just too amazing so I wouldn't rule out strong tornadoes even coming out. Tons of rotation markers were popping out of nowhere and they weren't weak either, very high MSI values.

That is one ugly line of storms. Still think there is a chance these could break up into super cells or do you think the squall line will hold? Seems like this puts anyone in danger living from Midland, TX all the way up to St. Paul, MN.

News 9 says that warning sirens were not heard by many in the town of Woodward.

Just a reminder: sirens aren't meant to be heard inside. Have a weather radio!!!!

From Facebook:

"Woodward fire official said, "The tornado caused devastation across town and "wiped out" a lot of areas. Most of the damage seems to be east of 34th Street and north of Oklahoma Avenue." -Matt Holliday"

I think what's happening right now speaks for itself, they can and are breaking up in the highest favorable areas. I'm not sure you would still call them supercells.

I'm getting an impressive 75 Dbz on that TOR warned area near Riley with very large hail. I had a feeling that would get TOR warned.

The video of the Woodward OK tornado is very scary, will become some famous night-time tornado footage for the ages.

Day 1 Outlook posted awhile ago....

Could over-perform later today, nice large Slight Risk area as well.

As per News 9: Woodward damage includes homes damaged/destroyed; an apartment complex hit; a trailer park hit (injuries reported there).

Eyewitnesses say a major oil business may have been hit and the town's movie theatre complex may have been hit.
