Here is what I'm wanting to do....
I'm basiclly wanting a computer map to draw on....
I'm just wanting to diagnose maps, and kind of draw where I think severe weather will happen over a 7 day time range...
Is there any kind of map software that I can draw on ?
Similar to the SPC maps.. Thank you........

We use PowerPoint for such drawing. And there's an add-on program called Weather for PowerPoint that lets you add in all sorts of weather symbols and fronts:
