I agree East Central will have water issues for sure. This system will still produce mega rains. With the SW flow of moisture and the Daily heating alone there will be rain pushing across the state for sure. Now if this system hangs it will give the W coast more rain, but I don't think any threat resides only on the west coast. Obviously it's a close call so keep up the watches imho.

I think your right Tom. Looking at TBW radar those cells are not moving in the NE direction and with the system developing/concentrating it will be a day or so before the East coast gets the same rains..They will get the rain though..in time..
