I REALLY like the fact that the NWS is now issuing statements of possible "gust fronts" that are near my area, especially after that derecho last week. There are some storms coming through Trenton straight through to Philadelphia and into Lancaster but the NWS is giving us an additional warning on the potential for 45 to 50 MPH wind gusts ahead of these storms. I honestly do not remember seeing this statements here before.
