SAL Map URL??
Perhaps someone here knows what happened to the SAL map that covered all the way through the Caribbean to the U.S.? All they have on their website now is a map that extends from Africa to the east Caribbean:

After searching through their database it seems the product was last updated in December of 2011 and no new images have been produced since.

The current GOES satellites no longer have one of the channels that are required to produce those products. CIMSS is limited to the coverage provided by the European MET-9 satellite.

I think it went away when they deactivated GOES 11

I have the SAL site and can't find any product that shows the Carribean.

When I click on the Carribean. It shows the Atlantic. I guess your right. Goes 11 gone...
