This GFS run is further east in the long term. The slowdown is going to factor in later today and allow the ridge to erode more. Thinking the west coast rider or up the spine may be the final solution.

GFS is a touch eastwards on this run but its really hard to take it seriously when it starts moving it at 280 right from the get go which isn't happening at the moment it seems.
Getting back into the far east Gulf at 120hrs.

I have a feeling that the 12z runs today and the 00z runs tonight are going to be very interesting...

GFS is shifting slightly eastward by about 50 miles or so, now showing it now hugging and riding north immediately along the Florida Gulf Coast.

Yep a shift slightly east on this run, though the track is broadly the same, just less time in the gulf and probably little strengthening in the E.Gulf as a response.
