If they're just dropping dropsondes around the GOM or a specific area no. I don't see either plane that's up now, Kermit & Gonzo any where close to Isaac. Both are classified as a non-tasked flight. If your unsure at times just check the hdobs for both USAF & NOAA on the main NHC siite.
Correction: Gonzo is now on his way out...that's Misson 08 NOAA 9.....see it moving towards Isaac now on GE.

Gonzo should stay well north of Isaac for the synoptic flight:
