SPECIAL TROPICAL DISTURBANCE STATEMENT
NWS TPC/NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL
8 AM EDT SAT SEP 6 2003

SATELLITE OBSERVATIONS INDICATE THAT THE TROPICAL WAVE IN THE
EASTERN ATLANTIC...ABOUT 600 MILES WEST-SOUTHWEST OF THE CAPE VERDE
ISLANDS HAS BECOME BETTER ORGANIZED AND IS NOW TROPICAL STORM
ISABEL. A SPECIAL ADVISORY WILL BE ISSUED AT 9 AM AST...1300 UTC
TODAY.

Isabel looks to be another longer tracker. But she has formed further south than Fabian, so this will definatly have to be watched for any threat to the islands.
