Me too, because 98E was the 90% blob, 99E merged with 98E, so I would assume it dissipated. Remember 98E was the original one, the one that stayed at 30% for a long time. So why are they saying that 98E dissipated, when it actually formed into a tropical depression? I think they made a mistake.
