I'm trying to keep in mind we still have others in the path of these violent storms. Rather hard with all this mayhem and destruction...

"Moore Hospital sustained significant damage, and we are evacuating patients at this time."

Per degree of damage for an institutional building, from SPC ( http://www.spc.noaa.gov/efscale/ef-scale.html ) http://www.spc.noaa.gov/efscale/20.html "Significant damage to building envelope" has lower/upper bounds of 178 mph to 268 mph, with expected winds of 210 mph.

The tornadic supercell that went through Moore looks to be on a path towards Tulsa.

Guy on KFOR was interviewed and he rode it out in a horse stall. There was mud all over his body and he had no shirt on...was it ripped off his body? This is straight out of a movie, reminds me of the last tornado in the movie Twister where Bill and Jo were in a shed riding out the same type of tornado  . Most thought that was the most unrealistic thing ever but guess what, it happened in real life.

Early survey: AT LEAST EF-4...based on visual observations only. I am sure a detailed survey will at least consider EF-5.

Easily EF-4. The schools being destroyed falls in upper EF-4 (for expected, though the upper bounds are greater than 200 mph).

Junior/Senior High School:
http://www.spc.noaa.gov/efscale/16.html

Elementary School:
http://www.spc.noaa.gov/efscale/15.html

The hospital in Moore, if it sustained as much damage as the lady was saying, would be an expected wind of 210 mph (EF-5).
http://www.spc.noaa.gov/efscale/20.html

Houses being swept clean of their foundations is an expected of 200 mph
http://www.spc.noaa.gov/efscale/2.html

With the scouring (chopper pilot showed/reported the grass was ripped out of the ground) and all of this damage, I would expect at least winds of 190 to 200 mph, which is the very upper range of EF-4 (and this is conservative). I would not be surprised to see them put the winds at 200 to 210 mph or higher, though.

What amazes me is that the tornado was so wide and yet produced such strong winds. Conservation of angular momentum. Just a massive amount of energy with this beast.

Depending on the type of tree, that ranges from EF-2 to EF-4.

Softwood tree damage:

Hardwood tree damage:
