Isabel arrives at the 18n latitud

Right now she has made it to the 18n latitud the same as Puerto Rico,the northern leewards and the VI.From now on let's see how far more north in latitud it gets before the west track begins and it will be crucial for the northern islands when it starts that west motion. I hope it keeps climbing up and up and up. :)

I think she will turn west within hours, question is where will she be then. I hope she never turns.

..but then you have to take in account the possibility of her tracking WSW a bit later on, as some of the models are hinting at.

So far so good for the islands as Isabel has not made that west turn yet at this time(7:06 PM EDT) as it is now around 18.2n.

That WSW possibility has to be taken into account. It has only been today that I heard about the ULL to Isabel's northeast, moving to "her" east will create a southerly component for a number of hours before a turn back mainly to the west.

The ULL has apparent moved or has existed more southeast of Isabel in the last several hours.
