Looks like a well organized low pressure cyclone well to the northeast of Hawaii at around 31N145W



Looks almost subtropical with its shape and convection. Is this the remnants of Cosme or something else?

Yes,remnants of Cosme.

AFAIK it is partially ex-Cosme. It merged with a trough s few days back, so it won't be re-declared Cosme probs. It will likely become Pewa.
