Low developing off the coast of Outer Banks? (Is invest 90L)

Low starting to gets it's act together, sheared but in the Gulf stream and should ride the coast for a while. probably not truely tropical but it may get a mention in the next TWO.
lots of 850 vorticity

Latest GFS run shows this, but loses it after 12 hours.

Probably Extra or non tropical, but a LLC has formed.
