Hey Mel...
I'm a little concerned but not too much so...now if this gets past 65W and still has the same track to it...then I will start to get really concerned.
I've received about 20 visits/emails from coworkers today...and the only two things I can tell them are:
1. Have a plan.
2. Do everything you should have done at the beginning of the season in terms of preparation.
3. Wait and see.
I guess that's three things.
We have time to watch...but I sure wish that darn Euro model would lay off...

Thanks Mike
Fabian did not bother me as much as this one. Everyone's tone of voice (if you will) is very different about Isabel. Even people who are quick to say nothing to worry about are more serious. Thank you again and keep up the good work. I will be paying close attention to your post and forecast.
Thanks Melinda

Keep in mind too that nothing is set in stone regarding tropical systems. I braced myself in Lafayette LA last year for a Cat 4 hurricane strike...6 hours later it was down to a borderline Cat 1/2. Even if this storm does threaten land, it's important to take the neccesary precautions, brace for the worst, but most important, remain calm.
