NEW CDN 3 deg. further W vs. yesterday's run

#1 Postby LarryWx » Tue Sep 09, 2003 11:52 pm

Although it still shows no east coast landfall, it is closer to the coast vs. yesterday's run. The TREND of tonight 's 0Z GGEM run is further west by ~THREE degrees of longitude and it is further south.
Here is the comparison to 24 hours ago:

DAY at 0Z-----Last night's run's position-------Tonight's run's position

9/16------------------28N, 70W----------------------26N, 71W
9/17------------------31N, 70W----------------------28N, 73W
9/18------------------34N, 69W----------------------30N, 72W
9/19------------------38N, 67W----------------------32N, 72W
9/20---------------------N/A--------------------------34N, 70W
