Its worth watching. Its a tropical wave moving into a quite favorable Western Caribbean.

TROPICAL WAVE IN THE E CARIBBEAN EXTENDS FROM 17N67W TO INLAND
OVER VENEZUELA NEAR 8N68W MOVING W NEAR 15 KT. WAVE IS EMBEDDED
WITHIN AN AREA OF DEEP MOISTURE THAT COVERS THE E CARIBBEAN AS
DEPICTED ON THE TOTAL PRECIPITABLE WATER IMAGERY. CLUSTERS OF
SCATTERED SHOWERS/ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE FROM 13N-18N
BETWEEN 66W-74W.

By the way in the tail of this twave, i can tell you that numerous strong showers have occured today, especially between 11 am and 1PM in my locality. Localized small and minors floodings have been reporting. Things seems to improve a bit since one hour.

I have been following this feature closely and it seems to be trying to take advantage of improving conditions as it approaches the Western Caribbean. Convection is firing today and it is maintaining for the time being. Definitely a feature to watch the next few days.

Yes the west Indies look to have a busy month or so coming up if the pattern remains this way over the Centeral Atlantic

you sure this is old 94L? i think 94L is up at 23n 38w and looks like its found a bit of moisture tonight.

yea, i think 94L looks ok tonight but its not in the carib. the carib might be erins remains.
