Fast update.

Dad's post-poned chemo was post-poned again. He has severly limited mobility and decresed energy, but is still able to converse for a little while each night on the phone. Mom is still trying to help him build up enough strength for the next round, but so far he is still falling short of what he needs to continue.

Prayers and thoughts are deeply appreciated. I will continue to give periodic updates, but right now it is a bit of a waiting game.

Hi everyone. Just another fast update. No significant change from last entry, though he is having a harder time eating and is losing more weight. Otherwise, this remain the same.

Thank you all for youe continued thoughts, prayers, and well wishes. We greately appreciate any and all people are willing to give.

One of the last updates. Dad is loosing cognition, and sleeps almost continuously. Has not been able to really eat for over a week now. My husband and I are heading up very early in the morning to say good-bye -- not looking like he will make the weekend.

Thank you everyone for your thoughts and prayers. Please continue them as he starts his next journey, and for the family he leaves behind.

Father passed away in the night/early morning on Oct 31st. His suffering was blessedly shorter than it could have been. He is with his parents and brother now.

Thank you all for your prayers. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Praying for you and your family as you go through this transition in your lives. I understand completely as I lost my Mother on the 22nd to cancer. Fortunately she did not suffer either. Remember the good times and cherish them.
