If you believe the GFS, going to need a strong trough to pull that up and the high to be east of Fla :lol:

man it hangs around there that long that delay is not good.....this is a lot slower than prior runs I think...

Looks like a landfall around Tampico this run. Much further south.

So at 156 hrs it heads SE in the BOC and weakens? Not really buying this run, still no landfall btw...

Rock just change the number at the end of the tropical tidbits site to the next frame. Sometimes you can get several frames ahead before they show up as a clickable hour on his site. Now we can all be on the same page :lol: .

shouldn't weaken with less shear, but we are talking about the GFS.

I wonder if the GFS ensembles will still take this further north. Maybe just a hiccup from the GFS on this run?
