Liklely scenario "High Bridging"

#1 Postby stormernie » Wed Sep 10, 2003 8:29 pm

This is the scenario Steve Lyons stated at (PM on the Weather Channel, he said while it to earlier to speculate the likely scenario is the High Pressure Ridge in the SW Atlantic will bridge with a developing High Pressure area over the Eastern US driving Isabel into Florida.

But only time will tell.

Because of the High Bridging, we could see Izzy hit Florida, then cross the Peninsula and emerge out into the 90-degree waters of the eastern GOM.

Watch out, we could have a GOM storm.
