An area a few hundred miles north east of Bermuda around 38N, 60W looks Interesting.

Thoughts?

I was looking at this yesterday, wondering the same thing. We had an area just like this not too long ago, but it didn't form officially. If it is to be recognised at all, I would say for the earliest tomorrow night in the TWO or the discussion.

Good call Hurricane_Luis, and apparently this thread was not noticed when the NHC bubbled the area.

Woops, this is a different area. :) I got my exercise merging and then re-splitting posts.
