State Department warns of "increased indications" that al Qaeda is preparing attacks on U.S. interests to coincide with 9/11 anniversary.

I hope they're just trying to scare us and how I wish I could get my hands on those scumbags!!! I've been watching Fox News this morning and my heart breaks all over again for the victims and their loved ones....and all of us really. :(

The timing of his video and audio tapes were definately calculated. I'm sure that there have been all kinds of plans in the works - many I'm sure have been prevented by our new security measures. We will ALWAYS have to remain vigilante.

Let's just HOPE that they are bluffing........making threats is JUST what these @zzh**** are GOOD at, this is their intentions, to make us squirm.....well, I've got news for them, ONE MORE act of terrorism and THEY we'll see just who's BLUFFING!

You can count on more attempts at Terrorism lets hope we can stop them in time. ABCNEWS though once again proved we are still soft in some of our defenses.

I'm a bit uneasy today as it is since 9/11 happened on my stepbrother's 10th birthday :o :cry: . I sure hope the @$$holes don't try to do anything...

Ameriwx2003........you know what REALLY frosts my butt, the Az. Mexico border :grr: There are untold THOUSANDS of illegal immigrants flooding the border EVERYDAY.......just think of how MANY terrorists slip across the border, for that matter, think of how many go BACK AND FORTH across the border smuggling untold #'s of WMD!!!

Dennis... exactly.. that along with other reasons will make it hard to stop every terror attack in the future. Its nearly impossible to stop every plot. Like you pointed out Illegal Immigrants come into this country daily. I am sure that fact hasn't been lost to the terrorists .The fact also that a bio or chemical weapon would be easy to transport and it makes you wonder if its just a matter of time before you hear the dreaded words from a friend calling.." you better turn on the news" What also worries me is Al Quida may try or are trying to recruit disgruntled Americans to help them with a terror attack in this country. The war on terror is far from over IMHO.
