ATL: KAREN - Remnants - Discussion

We had blustery breezes, overcast and rain just like you would expect from a remnant passing over you.

waterspouts on the E coast today, 9 inch rains rains alt week in Dade county...karen has been creating havoc for almost a week in SE florida

In E. North Carolina we've had over 4 inches of rain so far. Its breezy, rainy, dark and we are supposed to have some decent wave action tonight.

Today i nJacksonville we have had about a half inch with rain still falling and forecasted for about another inch tonight....been windy at times early winds were gusting near 25-30mph...nothing to bad....rain hasnt been that bad either just slow and steady no downpours or anything heavy.

Ironically, Karen’s remnants will cause more havoc, damage and rain then when there were hurricane watches and tropical storm warnings posted in the Gulf. Heavy rain, gale force winds, 12 ft. seas a typical fall Nor’easter. We are getting pummeled by what’s left of her.
