No change from this morning as SSD dvorak T number 7.0 was given then and kept this afternoon.I guess they will wait for recon tommorow to confirm if Isabel is a cat 5 but IMO it has been a cat 5 from last night.

Agreed also that it is a cat 5. Now let's see if Isabel will stay a cat 5 long enough for them to classify it as such.
